Exercises To Enlarge Your Penis Without Pills Without Surgery

  1. Wrap your penis in a warm towel for 5-10 minutes before your start this technique. This will allow more blood flow into your penis, which you will certainly need for this exercise.

  3. Take your left hand, make an "OK" symbol with that hand, and firmly wrap that "OK" symbol made with your finger and your thumb around the base of your penis.
  4. Now shape your right hand with the same "OK" symbol.
  5. Take your right hand, with that "OK" symbol and start "milking" your penis from the base all the way through the shaft to the head. (This forces the blood from the base to the head).
Do this exercise for 30 minutes to an hour everyday. The key to achieving "massive" results is keeping your penis in a flaccid state. Your penis must remain soft to allow appropriate blood flow.
